ClickList is a joke. First time I used it they were 2 hours behind. The second time which was yesterday I put my order in at 7pm for today’s pickup at 7pm and It wasn’t ready. I told the guy go ahead and call when it’s ready. 9pm he calls, it’s not going to be ready until tomorrow. Tomorrow? Yeah I think I’ll use Meijer shipt since I’ve heard great things about it.
The Kroger on Hamilton and Morse road is awful! I have had to go back 3 times in the last 2 days because the rude and clearly incompetent cashier forgot to bag multiple items. Probably because he was busy making awkward comments about my husbands hair and then being rude about what we are choosing to name our baby after he noticed I was 9 months pregnant. His name was Tom and we were there on Saturday around 3pm. Terrible experience. Won't be back!
Second time I've used their click list, and the second time I've come away highly disappointed. The salad mix they gave me is completely browned and will be thrown out immediately. Not even usable for one meal tonight. They also "didn't have" any more of one item that they've always kept in good stock. I'd bet if I went into the store myself it would be on the shelf.
