My last prescription showed "in progress" for months because I filled it with other prescriptions, but it was not ready when I got there and I did not need it right away. I later called to fix the problem since it wouldn't let me refill it through the app. I drove to the pharmacy for them to tell me that they did not have the medicine in stock. They should had called me instead of wasting my time/gas to be sent away with nothing.
I think someone is not doing a good job there. My mother's prescriptions, which were supposed to be given for a month, are all finished, and she takes them under my supervision, so no overdose. I was surprised.
