This is our go to pharmacy. Yes, it’s close to home and quite easy to go when we need to grab groceries. That is not the main attraction. We keep coming back here because of the main pharmacist lady. She is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I know if we have any medicine related questions that she will be able to help us figure it out. Best pharmacy in Nashville. Donna is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. She really cares about people.
New from another state. New insurance required PA. Took a week. But this pharmacy went above and beyond! Meds finally approved. My sugars have been 300 + for a week every day. PA finally approved. But they weren't going to have meds til Monday. Pharmacist stepped up and found it at another Kroger! Thsnk you Got my meds in hand and zero co-pay!!!! Way 2 Go Kroger Pharmacy on Thompson.
Bad service. They will delete your rx instead of communicating, or blame your insurance carrier.
