Gosh, I could not believe all the bad reviews. I've been using the Beavercreek Kroger Pharmacy for over 15 years. Yes, it does seem the lines are longer since COVID. And now they close for an hour for lunch Not sure if it's a hiring problem or not. But I love how I can order my refills by phone or on line. The pharmacy team has always been helpful.
their app doesn’t allow refills for this specific pharmacy so i have to call in every time; when i do, they’re always very unpleasant and rude. i called in my medication two days ago and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and hung up without helping whatsoever. i went to the pharmacy to pick it up today and they said it hadn’t even been processed. this has been my experience every time i’ve come to this pharmacy. i understand they might be understaffed but you’d think the people who do work would care about the health and we... read more
