I love this place, I have all of my prescriptions through them. They've always been very nice and pleasant with me and have always went out of their way to help me. I was shocked to see the bad reviews.
Go here if you want to be hung up on by the least helpful pharmacy techs that Kroger employs. They must send their rejects to this location when they can't fire them.
The staff is shockingly rude and unhelpful. Today I arrived to pick up some prescriptions at a few minutes before 1:00 PM while the entire staff was talking away with another Kroger employee who was picking up her prescription on her lunch break. When she finished I was told they’re closed for lunch and I would have to come back. By the way, Google showed them to be open. I called this pharmacy looking for a medication that I needed but was in limited supply in the area. My Dr. office was unable to help, but the gentleman who took my call here was able to locate some at another Kroger almost immediately, gave me the number, and helped me to resolve a time sensitive issue. Much appreciate the great service!
I just want to take a moment and write an appreciation post for the Pharmacy at Kroger, they are so patient even when understaffed. They are always helpful with savings and leave you feeling better or course!
