RecommendedI had such a wonderful experience yesterday with the pharmacy. One of my prescriptions has been backordered, and when I called yesterday for other refills, I asked the (male) staff member iI was speaking with if they were still waiting on it. He looked into it and suggested replacing it with a smaller dosage (that was in stock) that I would take two of. Horrible! Pharmacy Manager should be fired ASAP. I've been getting prescriptions there for several years with no problems. I dropped off a prescription, and when I sent someone to get it, they were told the Doctor had to verify it. It was for a pain medication that they had been out of. When I called back to complain, the Pharmacist said I was suspicious because I didn't pick up my Metformin. I have plenty due to dosing changes. This is a small part of our conversation.
