The Pharmacy student, Mickey, was great. There was a misunderstanding about insurance that was time consuming to resolve. Although she was busy, she worked diligently to resolve the issue while I was in the store. She was pleasant the entire time and was knowledgeable.
Today makes it twice in two months coming in to pick up my meds only for them to tell me it's not ready. Last month they assured me the next day they would be ready. Only 1 of 8 were ready. This month they said it would be ready today at 11 am. At 5 pm when I got there they said they had no record of asking for a refill. I talked to a pharmacy tech each time to refill. Poor ass communication on Krogers part!
