Got there 15 minutes before the normal closing time. They were already closed. Had several issues in the past where there was zero communication that my RX was expired. I would have to go in person to find that out. I plan on changing pharmacies as soon as I can, and will warn people to avoid Kroger pharmacies going forward. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional staff. I would be so ashamed if these were my employees to find out how they are treating people.

Prescriptions are never ready when theyre supposed to be and there's always an excuse.
