Great customer service!
They don’t care about their customers, I’ve had a bad experience every time. Today I came in 10 minutes before their lunch break and they told me I had to wait until they were back. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They always have an attitude as well!
I love this pharmacy! They are so helpful, and really make the effort to get you what you need. They also take initiative to see if they can get the price down on your medications. They are top notch, and it's not like going to Walgreens where you have to wait for 30 minutes just to talk with somebody. I highly recommend them.
If you need help or have a question, hang up the phone if Maria picks up, or turn around and leave if you see her working behind the counter. Not only is she consistently rude to me every time I call or visit the store, but she has repeatedly made me feel bad for asking questions about my medication.
