There's so much disorganization within processes behind the scenes, the people are really nice however. After my husband wasting 3 trips to pickup my meds that were "ready", he was sent home empty handed with a new time frame. I called in absolute tears, hoping for a concrete timeframe. The guy double checked and found that the shipment of meds were misplaced and said he can have it ready for me on the fly.
Hang up never answering call send you off provider leave information. Cannot find out about your prescription unless you go in drive through closed! I feel that they are disgruntled employees
My providers can’t even reach this pharmacy. Not by phone, not online. They won’t contact my providers for refills. They take forever in the drive thru, typically have to wait over 40 minutes if there’s even just one car ahead of me. The older pharmacy tech passed judgement on the type of insurance I had and that fact that I could not pay for my 5 prescriptions after my medical emergency. He wouldn’t listen to me when I said I had a new insurance until after he had me in tears. I will never use this location again. Do better... read more
