When I came to the pharmacy to give refill order, the pharmacy tech informed me that there is no refill and it ended in last october, 2024. But I informed him that I picked up refill medication with my new prescription in January 3rd, 2025 but he argued with me and refused to provide any refill and eventually I had to bring the medication bottle that had a label that showed the date of pickup and also more refills to go then he mentioned that I transferred my refill prescription out of Kroger. The tech Emad was searching through my profile. Came up with this ridiculous high price. On my medications. I don't like him waiting on me he doesn't know what he's doing. And he was hiding my profile from me !!! Leave your personal opinion at the door. Work on good customer service!!! Thank you Emad
