Staff is friendly to both me and my small children. Automatic refills are always ready on time/early and they fill anything else I need so quickly. Pharmacists and techs are great!
This Kroger pharmacy has the worst customer service. They’re not very friendly and sometimes rude and take too long. Their pharmacist (Asian guy) is not very helpful and kind of unfriendly. Even their staff members are pretty much same way. Sometimes they don’t answer their phone and even hang up on you. The only reason I switched to this location was because it was closer to my work but it’s disappointing and hate I don’t have a choice. Pharmacy opens at 9 am? Pharmacy opens whenever they decide to get there. So maybe don’t plan a quick pharmacy stop before work unless you want to be late
I've been meaning to write this review for over a year. My experience was extremely poor and the staff inappropriately rude. After suffering a serious poison ivy infection, I was desperately trying to get a med to reduce skin inflammation and pain. The employees who were talking among themselves didn't notice that I was on the phone with my doctor.
