WORST pharmacy we have EVER used. One person working counter with 12 people in line. She is very slow. We constantly complain but NOONE seems to care. We have to use Kroger because of my husband's insurance, but I am calling insurance company today to complain and inquire further. If I still have to use Kroger I would rather drive out of my area to get out of this rat race. My husband and I had RXs sent in at sa m.j e time this AM. I have to use Walgreens. Worst everrrrr!!!! They must only have 1 person working because I've been sitting in the line for 30 minutes and they've only gotten through 2 people so far. 2!!!!! Never coming back.
The worst pharmacy I have used. The workers are rude and could care less how long they make you wait. If you use the drive thru, they will have both lanes open with one worker. I just sat for 30 mins, once it was my turn, another car pulled up to the lane next to me and she got taken care of first? After they can see who has been sitting there. Mind you, it took them 20 mins to even take care of the first car in line. I will be transferring my prescriptions ASAP! Save your time and use another pharmacy!
This breckenridge kroger pharmacy is the absolute worst. A perscription gets called in. I show up 2 days later to pick it up, isn't ready come back at 830 tonight. Fine. I go back 24 hours later. Isnt ready. We will have it ready in 15 minutes. I wait 45 minutes and then leave. Pick it up next day. Fast forward 1 month and its time for a refill. McMahan Plaza is the worst pharmacy. Do not use them. Days behind and they aren't even busy. They lose your scripts and even put them under the wrong profiles. Staff is clueless This place is the worst.
I have been trying to get my meds for 4 days. Was told they were ready. Came to get them. Was told to come back in 1 hour. Came back in 1 hour. Was told they still was not ready. 4 days later still don't have meds
The worst experience I’ve had. Helping my dad pick up prescriptions. Took them 20 minutes to find it. Dropped off prescriptions earlier in the day. Still weren’t done by 9pm that night.
Told refills would be ready next day. Went to pick up and then told it had to be sent to central location to be filled. Pharmacy said clerk should have known that but did not know why she said next day. When asked if I would like to set up auto refill told them last time I did they screwed that up to. Guess will switch to Meijer.
