Brand new big kroger, first time stopping into this new store. Store was clean. A lot of employees. This increase my one-star review to 2. Purchase several gallons of milk and they all had soured odor and flavor. The milk had started to turn. The expiration dates were 6 to 8 days away. So not expired milk, just bad milk
I have a negative experience at this Kroger every single time I pick up my prescriptions. The staff is rude no matter how friendly I am them.
This has to be the worst Kroger pharmacy EVER!! I have to call and explain at least 3 or 4 times to not submit a certain medication through my insurance and every time they try to submit it through my insurance which causes delays. I had to call again today after I called last night trying to provide the BIN#, PCN#, etc and the tech told me to just show a screenshot when I come in.
