The pharmacy manager Zach, has caused me all kinds of problems. I have several conditions that require two controlled substances, he refused to fill one of them, stating that I had filled to control substances in a part of Florida that I've never been to, come to find out there was someone that also had my name but apparently was confused with me. Do not use this pharmacy. Half the time they don't even have the medication in stock. Now I have never abused any controlled substances that have been prescribed to me, or tried to pick them up early. I have had several major surgeries back in 2024. One being spinal surgery. After the surgery I was prescibed several different narcotics to get my pain under control. If there had been a problem with these type medications the surgeon or doctor would have seen it. Everytime I called to speak to a pharmacist they would pick up and hang up right away several times. They were rude to my father who was trying to pick up his prescription (with a language barrier) had no patience for him at all.
