Was just hung up on by a pharmacist that works there. We had a mix up of prescriptions and she called to ask me a question a genuinly just hung up on me. So rude. Wouldn’t recommend, bad attitudes!
Not surprising that Kroger doesn’t hire enough staff to efficiently run a pharmacy at its busiest times. There are never enough techs for the amount of customers, and the lines and wait times are absurd if you arrive after work. The customer service is excellent when you are finally helped and everyone does an A+++ job always going the extra mile to make sure the proper discounts are applied while still working as quickly as possible to get to the next customer, however, without enough staff at the busiest times, people alwa... read more
