Not surprising that Kroger doesn’t hire enough staff to efficiently run a pharmacy at its busiest times. There are never enough techs for the amount of customers, and the lines and wait times are absurd if you arrive after work. Have always had good workers when giving me my prescriptions 🙂
Fast and friendly service. The pharmacist answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
The staff are always helpful and kind. I recently had a prescription called in to the wrong Kroger. The staff fixed my issue very quickly!
I have never had an issue with them. They usually will answer the phone if I need to ask a question or check to see if my Doctor had called in my perscription. There phone system needs work but that's on Kroger. Not the pharmacist or their helpers.
