I have to call every month to get my rx filled and every time, there is a problem causing delays and unnessesary and increased stress. I don't understand why they won't fill it when it's due and tell me I have to call and ask for it to be filled. They won't allow me to call until I have 1 pill left and they won't fill it in time causing me to miss a dose or take it much later than my usual daily schedule.
