Not helpful at all. Cant get prescriptions in timely fashion and appear not to care. Won't be back.
Literally have been hung up on over 20 times trying to get through to the pharmacy AND management for 3 days. I come down to get my EPILEPSY meds to get changed over to a different pharmacy since I had to spend over 30 minutes on hold today only to be hung up on again after already calling 4 hours ago to have those changed over to the new pharmacy (which they still hadn't done after 4 hours). I called Kroger Pharmacy to get a allbuteral rescue inhaler filled 12/15/25 after spending 5 days in the hospital with COVID. Upon arrival I was told it was in the bag .I found out 12/16 /25 it was not. I called Kroger pharmacy now a second time about my rescue inhaler at 11:00am . I explained that I need this today, I have to be back at work by 1:30 pm , I'm told the earliest it will be ready is 3:00 pm. .
