Only Kroger pharmacy out of 5 in the tristate that I've been to that you can order the proscription to be fill a week before and they still won't have it filled when you get there.

I’ve always had a great experience with this pharmacy. The staff are kind, helpful, and work hard to get prescriptions ready as quickly as possible. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. If you have questions about your prescription, insurance, or anything else, it’s best to ask at drop-off beforehand rather than waiting until pickup. The team has always been professional, efficient, and caring. Thank you for all that you do!

I have to call it like I see it. I have had one bad experience after another at this pharmacy. The majority of the time I have not been treated well. The people who work here are unfriendly and rude. Techs, like Jillian, would rather be doing anything other than her job. I'm sorry you hate you job, but please don't take it out on your customers.

Least helpful pharmacy I have ever been to. Instead of helping resolve issues they are quick to pass you off to the next guy. Left me waiting for a couple hours. Total lack of care and concern.
