The absolute worst store I've ever shopped at! Not because of customer service but because nothing was where it was supposed to be . No consistency of product identification 🤬 . instacart,doordashers .... do not shop here . Cost me time and money.
Honey gets so much more service than vinager. If you bring a smile & say 👋 Sonya , Solomon , Beverly, & Cody will greet me by name or ask, " How can I help you? " Give your D.O.B. for pick up. Have your prescription (s) sent electronically. Have your insurance put in the system ahead of time. If it's not ready, shop. M-F for regular scripts. Weekends are a longer wait. 😃 😊
It's a good thing I can read. Are consultations, when they give you the prescription, not a thing anymore? They didn't ask if I needed to update any information. They didn't even ask for my insurance card. I had to offer it to them. She made a copy. I don't think they even checked to see if my insurance covered. They just claimed to have given me a "discount."
