Horrible service almost every time. Only keep 1 pharmacist and 1 clerk on duty which is it nearly enough. They don’t return calls. Waited in line for 25 minutes at drive thru today with 1 car in front of us. Never moved. Line of 6 cars built up, finally they started backing up one by one and leaving. We were finally able to back up so we went inside and got helped after 10 more minutes. When we left the same car was still at the drive thru window. Understaffed. Horrible customer service. The only nice things I have to say about this location are the checkout people are always nice and friendly and the store itself is nice and clean. Other than that it’s awful. Salad bar always looks old. Hot food is always crusty and dry. There’s rarely anyone manning the pizza/sub station. Empty shelf spaces and no iceberg lettuce. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. It’s a shame because it’s a really nice store.
