Pharmacist was completely rude, pompous and unprofessional. I am in NKY for a few weeks and had my doctor who’s been filling my prescription for YEARS- send it up to this Kroger because it was closer to me. Never had any issues getting my prescription until today - apparently the snarky pharmacist wouldn’t do it because she’s not “certified” … hmmm? She’s been sending my prescriptions for 3 years now. So now I’m out of medication and have to drive 2 hours to get it and wait a few more days. Thanks for wasting my time.
They don't answer the phone, they make it hard to fill your meds in a timely manner....they act like they are too busy to be bothered by you and they aren't very friendly.
