I called to check if my insurance went through and “Marcus the pharmacy manager” told me I need to listen to the prompts before I ask to speak with someone and waste their time. He then told me to “take my ass to Newport” if he’s not fired, I’m never using this pharmacy again.
Top notch service by all for the 20 years I've been a customer. I love the people!
