I used to love Kroger and sing it's praises. I've started to notice, however that the attributes which made me prefer them over other selections, polite and knowledgeable staff, integrity.. Well, those are a thing of the past, apparently. If I'm going to pay more than I would, should I choose other places, it's nice to know that you are getting something in return. Tell me why, then a staff member lied, unashamedly that the Money center was closed when it clearly wasn't. Rather than provide customer service, he chose to lie.... read more
