Why do you advertise hours when you’re just going to make up new ones day to day! Customer service is open till 9:00pm CST and I show up at 8:40pm for what would be 2 minutes of work for Kroger staff to closed signs up and the service desk roped off. Top that with 3 associates walk past me and no one asked what I needed nor told me they’re closed or any acknowledged I was standing there. I work long hours and I can’t always get here between 8:00am - 5:00pm. Which I’m sure that’s why Kroger has extended hours for their servic... read more
