Went to cash a brand new check here, the girl said their system “errored out” and I needed to take it somewhere else. I took it somewhere else and they said the check is pending under Kroger. When I called customer service back, the woman who answered was not very nice, cut me off mid sentence and told me it wasn’t possible for the check to be pending despite of an error. So now my check can’t be read anywhere and im screwed out of my rent money. I’d love to give negative stars. Thanks Kroger! Smfh
They suppose to open at 8am, I’ve gone twice at that time & they are getting ready to open but not open yet.
