If I could give zero, I would. Slow, Managers and staff just sitting around while one register is open. 35 minutes waiting online trying to get a money order.
No one is ever at the counter
Lady standing at the counter refused to work.
The website says they will cash any check. The picture for their business check cashing shows a gentleman writing out a business check. When I show up to cash a handwritten business check, I was told by the not very pleasant, did not want to be there person, that they do not cash handwritten checks. When I informed her that "your website says you cash any checks". Her response was, I don't have a website. So obviously either the store doesn't follow protocol or their website is misleading.
