Always a huge line at customer service and there never seems to have help !! Very poorly organized location ….
Everytime I come to this Kroger to cash my check it's an easy process unless "LUDY" is behind the counter. She is very rude and she doesn't have any communication skills what so ever. She told me I can't cash this check and never gave me a reason and when I asked to talk to a manager she told me I can give you their number and you can call them. A place like Kroger shouldn't have such irresponsible people behind the register handling other people's hard earned money. I know now not to cash my check whenever I see her behind ... read more
