I have purchased many times from the floral department and have never had less than great service. I recommend them.
I have tried to use the kroger floral service twice. Once for an anniversary and now today for a birthday. And both times I call to confirm the order and they confirm the order. And both times the florist that they sub contracted the work to cancelled the order and did not deliver the flowers. Both times kroger or the florist failed to call and notify me. I would advise never to use this service. And I will never use kroger floral service again!
