Not the Herrin’s stores fault, I don’t think. I ordered flowers to be delivered which I think went through a National. 2 days AFTER the person’s birthday, the floral department called to say they couldn’t complete the order and I should choose something else. I canceled by phone and email and have yet to hear back. Incredibly poor customer service
