Id never give this place a drop of any kinda star , 3 days on a 365 mile run . If the fuel doesn’t break us the grocery store dcs will , cant get a same day reschedule here , can’t get them to move there asses faster than turtle speed , have no idea how many people it takes to operate a receiving office . It’s rediculous that one load can rob an owner op of the thousands we need to buy fuel , pay truck payments etc . The system with the big names is beyond broken and operating at 50 year old ways . 6:00 Am appointment, checked in @2:00 am. I had 3 pallets and done by 7:47. I arrived and parked around 1:30 Am. @5:00 AM I received a text message explaining which dock to go and where to check In. I was running my refer 34 F, Assigned to( WDP 105) out from staging area, take a right towards the train rails, right after u pass the rail u will find the building on the LEFT . I took 1 star off because they don’t call you for door assignment. Which is very inconvenient for us. Restroom is available in side the building. *** th... read more
