Came in 40 minutes early, made me go out wait in the bullpen. 2 hours to unload and 1hr to get paperwork. 2nd time came in right at my appointment, lady said they dont have docks opened, told me to go to the bullpen, 5minutes later i get a call to come back. I come back to the gate and have to wait 20 minutes because there’s ton of trucks waiting to get in. Also 3+hours to unload me… RIDICULOUS

Okay, people, enough with the bad reviews, it’s a typical Kroger. The biggest downside here is maneuvering, if you’re lucky, you get an earlier appointment where the doors are easy to get, I had a 6:30 PM appointment and the doors were pretty much empty when I got here at 5:30. Good directions from I69 if coming from Fort Wayne, IN area. From I69 take exit #286 (US Hwy 224). Go east about 2/10 of a mile and turn right on (Indiana Hwy 116) follow for about 10 miles and turn right on (Indiana Hwy 124). Go to 4 way stop and turn left and continue on (Hwy124). Go to second 4 way stop and continue straight which turns into Adams Street. Continue straight and go thru (1) more stop sign, truck entrance (sign) is on your left and check in with guard. This place is a disaster. I got here at 5:30pm for my 6:30pm delivery. Now is 9:10,they are not done yet. Almost 4 hours to unload a truck. Terrible.
