I don't know why all the bad reviews, I had a 1900 appointment yesterday arrived at 1830 got a door immediately and was unloaded and paid lumper fee and was out the gate at 2103,this place is not as bad as people say, it is trucking and learn some patience and be kind to reciever
2nd time coming, 1st time took 3 hrs but this time 9 1/2 hrs. There won't be a 3rd time
took 24 hours to get unloaded 11 pallets.
I'm one of the blessed ones, I was called at my appointment time. Unloaded in about two hours.
This place is full of it. They called me to go to door 7 but once I got to door 7 there is already a driver just sitting there with the light green and talking about he can't move until they call him to get his paperwork. I wonder why the last time I came here they called me and told me to pull out of the dock door park in an empty spot across from the docs and then come inside to get my paperwork.
