Kroger delivery driver backed out of residential driveway and collided with our legally parked car. Police responded, reported and driver admitted responsibility. Despite numerous communications to Kroger, no courtesy of a response. We want our damaged vehicle repaired and Kroger to pay for it. Very poor customer service and corporate responsibility. Don't believe anything positive on their websites.

Typical distribution center usually in and out within 2-4 hrs for me everytime I come here. Frozen foods on the far side of the building and fresh foods near the entry. The parking is kinda tight near the frozen foods section but it very doable just take your time. Pull up as many times as you need to, just dont hit anyone. People are easy to deal with most of the time especially during the AM hours. Don't ever be late because you'll pay for it or reschedule. Very slow nobody cares about drivers check on time, now pass hours appointment time nothing happens very bad place still waiting in the stages area Long long waiting time catastrophe
