Placed an order for cupcakes 2 days ago. 20 minutes before my cupcakes were supposed to be ready I get an email that my cupcakes are being canceled. 20 mins before pick up. Are you serious? So now I’m letting down my child who was excited for SpongeBob cupcakes
If I could, I would've given zero stars! Ordered a cake for my five year olds birthday party and it was terrible! It looked like my five year old decorated it. The writing was sloppy and it looked like they messed up the writing then tried covering it with a different color. Now mind you, I ordered it 48 hours in advance and had to order out of town because where I live, neither Kroger or Walmart had a cake decorator. Very disappointed and will not order from them again!
