I called multiple Krogers for a whipped frosted cake. I spoke to Mary in the bakery, when I called. She was the sweetest, so very helpful, went out of her way to check through a shipment of cakes. When I came in to pickup the cake, Mary helped me. Wow! I was so impressed with her customer service. She had the warmest smile and so very helpful. Thanks Mary for making my day with great service 😊
I love this Kroger and Melonie is my favorite employee. Not because we have the same name but because she is on top of her game, gets to know her regulars, quick at fixing anything that needs to be fixed, all while she smiles and sends you on your way hopefully smiling too. Thank you Melonie for your wonderful service.
