very nice employees, clean store
This store is a DISASTER!! Why do you have 1 check out open with 10 people in line, when there are 2 cashiers working?? An the same lane talking. When was the health department inspecting here, if the do don’t look at the egg section in dairy with all of the broken eggs on the floor and little product on the shelf. It makes me wonder how clean the meat department is. The other question is why we have to over crowd the aisles where you can’t get through!
I used your restroom this afternoon and there was a turd in the urinal. You read that right, a turd. A Kroger employee was in there and I pointed it out to him and all he said was, “It don’t surprise me.” Plus, it took me 10 minutes to find Hershey syrup. Ironic, don’t you think. Maybe you should label your aisles before you throw Starbucks up. Also, why would you change everything right before the holidays? It’s like the zombie apocalypse in there, everyone walking around lost, crashing carts.
I’m happy to see all the new things going into our Kroger’s. The only thing this Kroger’s is missing is a bigger verity of vegan items. There are a lot of vegetarians and vegans in this county believe it or not and we Need more vegan items for all the vegans please.
normally love this Kroger but have been hunting for caramel apple milky ways and no one can tell me if they are getting them. how do they track their inventory??????? one manager on the 14th doesn't know how to do his job and terry the manager lies. so frustrated.
It was the worst experience ever. 3 cashiers working, only 1 person bagging. I stood in line about 30 min! I will probably drive to go to store from now on. Or use Aldi’s & Walmart a lot more!!!!self checkout is upsetting a lot of good people that do. Or like to use them!!! KROGER, you screwed up this time!!!!
Could not be happier with the Wilmington Kroger and their clicklist. Now that they have added same day pickup it's perfect. I have had Bill bring my order out a few times now and he is always friendly and even brought me a cold bottle of water to drink while he loaded my groceries into my truck for me!
