Absolutely disgusted with this store right now. We placed a $200+ click-list order yesterday and all the time slots for the whole day were available to choose from. We chose 7-8pm so my husband would have plenty of time to get out of work and get there. We are out of food for our 1 year old and many of our household staples. I miss a call from Tamra at 6pm letting us know they’re too busy to fulfill our order AT ALL. My husband calls back to see what options we have and gets no common courtesy/decency from Tamra herself. We just left the Xenia Kroger. The woman in line in front of us was a dollar and some change short on her bill. We tried to give her $2 so she could get all her groceries. The cashier would not let us give this woman money, he said it was against store policy and voided one of the items on her order. Seriously, Kroger? With everything going on today, you're going to have a store policy that prevents people from being kind to one another?
RecommendedKroger prices are the best for groceries
Cart full of groceries at 9:30 on a Saturday go to cash out and no Cashiers!?!? $10 an hour and you can’t afford a cashier to serve your customers? Enjoy spending an additional putting my groceries back. I’ll never shop here again.
Always great deals and customer service
This is a much smaller store than I'm used to. Staff friendly and helpful. they need to clean under the shelves and end-caps though!
If store personnel are monitoring reviews, pls respond to this disabled senior who left with only the last bananas on display and then went home to inadequate food in the house, due to your scooter situation-- and these are the HIGH points of yesterday's trip to my neighborhood Kroger.
