great selection when theres no pandemic.
Just did the pick up at kendallville kroger! Good experience but out of the 3 pick up spots, 2 were taken up by regular shoppers despite the signs denoting that it was a pick up spot. Not sure how to crack down on that but looks like it will need done unfortunately. Maybe the signs need to say ‘online pick up only’ to be clearer? Or perhaps move the pick up spot towards to side/back of the building by the pharmacy?
rude is a good word that describes the customer service associate. after waiting 15 minutes at the deli and there was no one there I walked up to customer service to get assistance to call someone to deli and they said there was no one working back there at that time. doesn’t make sense to me
Anastasia in the floral department is incredible. I had a slight issue with some flowers, she more than made it right for me. Thank you, thank you!!! �����
I love the dairy deptmart looks amazing and the people at the Kendalville store are very nice and helpful
Ordered fish that was one sale over the weekend and was told it would be on truck Tuesday for delivery. Tuesday no fish. I had to drive to auburn Kroger for the 7 lbs. I needed for a luncheon the next afternoon. I've called customer service 2 times and they gave me a case #. WHOOPIE. I am tired of the missmangement of this store and have started driving to ftwayne or auburn Kroger and am now shopping at walmart. This store will no longer have my business. If I could give them a minus 5 I would!
