RecommendedAround 11am today I went to get gas at the Kroger fuel station in London. I walked up on a transaction that had already started so I didn’t hear the exact details of what the customer purchased etc but I think the total was close to $13.00. The lady paid in all coins. It took her quite awhile to count it all out and she apologized to him several times. The manager, Bob, is rude, mean and creepy. He follows my mother around and my little sister around the store when they go there and has been caught harassing my mother on several occasions, and was just caught taking photos of my car with me in it waiting for my brother to finish shopping. I would not recommend taking your children into this store.

customer service sucks and some of the worker have attides and disrespect issues I am not shopping here and I work for the cleaning crew I love the job but working for krogers employees make my job very hard and difficult to deal with sometimes hope walmart will like my money and maybe go work for them
Terrible customer service !! I just tried to buy clearance clinical strength deodorant and apparently they had the wrong item on the shelf ! They had to do a price check so the girl walks back there and said that this wasn’t the one on clearance . Kroger’s needs to educate that workers to grab the one that is on clearance and give the customer the opportunity to purchase it rather than making a whole line wait . I have two autoimmune diseases and have to eat a specific diet. The manager and other employees have made sure safe organic and Gluten Free options were available for me. I so appreciate all that you do!
In Kroger Thurs. 4/20/17. Clerk was Rude and disrespectful, too busy taking to a co-worker about almost hitting his car. Manager was rude and argumentative upon complaint! THINK I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE I GO BACK!
