No carts in the store today. Reduced variety of products. Dirty store. Dirty conveyor register belts. Charging for cash back on purchases.
many people complain about not having enough cashiers and being "forced" to use self check out... I don't have a problem with it as I am Southern and very seldom in a hurry. Kroger has a better selection and price than most other stores. IMHO
No cashiers and the lines were backed into the isle.
Bring back the cashiers! Been shopping there since it opened, not so much anymore. PUBLIX is clean and friendly and well-stocked.
Having to wait 20 minutes to checkout is unacceptable. Trying to save money by having one register open in attempt to force customers to use self checkout is unacceptable. I'll pay up for the Publix experience to avoid being inconvenienced by a corporations attempt to maximize profits at the cost of the customer experience.
Horrible experience today. In self checkout with my 2 children it took 10 minutes for a price check. I ended up going to customer service and the clerk was very rude to me telling me she was busy. No one seemed concerned about helping me. I’ll stick with Publix.
