RecommendedAfter a month at home, I had to get groceries. I have not been out of the house in weeks, I was surprised when I walked in and all the employees were wearing face masks, but remembered why. I was pleasantly greeted by employees, I heard the reminder on the overhead radio about social distancing from others. The shelves were full and produce looked fresh and well stocked. In this crazy time of Covid-19 I’m glad I came here!
Came in for groceries after working. Associate I’m self check out, did not change her gloves after each register she was cleaning. Let alone picked up the paper towel dropped on the floor. The lady picked it up and still not change her gloves and continued to wipe them down. Not changing gloves between each one let alone dropping the towel on the floor it is spreading cross contamination of everything. Who know if she even changed her gloves through out the shift or sanitize them
Kroger has the best produce!
A big shout out to Kroger’s on Oakland Ave. Two of their near by competitors, did not want to help me, and order Christmas Goose. The one down the street, quoted; we haven’t sold it for 3 years and I am not ordering any. Ok, then!🤔 I then called Kroger’s, their Meat manager, was awesome. Even though he placed an order, was coming in while we were in Vegas. Put one back for me to pick up today! Now that’s Customer Service Folks!
Bad customer service. Was accused twice of stealing because my card was declined so transaction was voided. Went to go ring myself out, Bob, accused me twice that I did not ring up merchandise- and I tried to leave with the voided items. I will not be returning, I spend about $200 a week and you lost a valuable customer. I have never stolen and this “Bob” needs to learn some basic customer service skills. 0 STARS.
Was in today. Used the self checkout, had more than one order or different people. The woman over the self checkouts Karla , was rude. Told me I couldn’t/didn’t need to use more than one bag. Grabbed items out of my hand and threw in my cart. Watched my every move like I was a thief! Will be calling corporate in the am and reporting how I was treated!
I like how familae and helpful the staff is.
I would like to thank Krogers for their policy of allowing customers to have the ability to defend themselves I will be spending more money at Krogers in the future
