I am a regular shopper but my recent experience has me reconsidering. I purchased gas and with my points I got a 20 cent a gallon discount. I was pretty happy until I found out that Walmart Market practically next door was already 20 cents a gallon cheaper than Kroger's inflated price. So my points were actually useless. "All hams are cooked." First of all, not all hams are cooked, some are cured, smoked, pressed or aged. Cooked or Boiled Ham: "This non-smoked ham is bland in flavor as it is simply boiled or steamed. It is most often used for lunch meat." I spent 15 minutes in front of two employees trying to tell them I was looking for cooked ham. They didn't know what it was. Called the manager. Moved here in the early 80s Been shopping Kroger ever since. 👍🏻
Placed order for pickup. Everything order but a loaf of bread, was not available or not substituted. Why make a trip for a loaf of bread??? What a waste. Went across Dover crossing and got exactly everything else needed. Guess I know where my business is going for now on and it’s not Kroger. Don’t waste your time.
I love your store! I’ve been coming to this location for 11 years. Every time I go in the staff is friendly and helpful. My son loves Kroger and they are always so sweet to him. You have some of the best staff I have encountered in a retail store. Thank you for having a clean store and organized store!
