So y’all take the most centrally located store nearest the most centrally located 24 hour other brand stores in the area and you start closing it overnight but leave the Hollins one open all night??? BRILLIANT. ... and update your hours on Google and on here. So over it- I won’t be shopping at Kroger anymore!
Don’t ever do a clicklist with this Kroger they are so un prepared. They have known about the snow storm for over a week now and they still proceeded with the normal amount of time slots for each time period. My order was to be ready between 11-12. I get there and they say oh I’m sorry we’re running behind because of the storm it’s not gonna be ready till 1-1:30. I love the people who work there!!! They are short staffed and need more help, people were going nuts cause they had to wait in line!!! I really felt for the people working as if being short isn't bad enough but now u have a class A group of asses to deal with on top of that!!!!!
I shop this Kroger all the time at least 3 times a week. I spend approx $500-$700 A month. I don't know what kind of changes they are doing but the last 3 times I have been in there, the shelves have been barren. The last time I went (last night) the first 4 items I needed, they didn't have. I'm talking basic stuff, like rice, coffee, pasta and cereal. It looked like the store had been raided...
