We decided to go online at Kroger.com and order some groceries. The order was picked and delivered with 6 mistakes, (including shortages that I was charged for and wrong product picked for items with no substitutions allowed, and wrong number of items picked. I called the store and they informed me that Kroger employees only pick the orders for pickup! Instacart employees pick All Deliveries. I am shocked. love the prices and atmosphere
I’m in this store every other day! Yes sometimes the shelves are not stocked well but if you live around here you know it’s slammed everyday. The staff is amazing so friendly. I lost my wallet yesterday and called this morning the had it thank god! Honest people!!
Only an option when time is an issue. Poorly stocked, poorly managed, surly staff.
Service is slow, Mindy at customer service needs proper training
