RecommendedI stopped in this morning, and the first thing I see is the store is jammed packed. But that didn’t stop Kroger’s employees from doing their jobs as they worked very hard and go over and beyond for their customers. From the back of the store all the way to front. Also the manager was also walking around being very active in the store. Proud to call this Kroger my family. Keep up the great work
Went to our Kroger here in Fairborn today, most of the customers were calm. A lot of the stock was empty, but we got what we got; had to make some substitutions on things. But, I want to give a shout out to the staff there. Whatever else you choose to do during this time, please be kind to these people. They are human beings just like you, many of them working for low wages; they have families, fears, anxieties, and they are putting themselves at risk to keep us fed, even if the food isn’t our first choice. I am 70 years old and today the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Even though they are under a lot of stress they assisted in helping me to find, reach for things found my full shopping cart that someone stole while I was in the bathroom, the service personnel noticed me and asked me if I was diabetic and if I had eaten lately? I told them I was and had been in the store hours so she gave me candy to bring up my sugar. The checkout cashier was kind and courteous and the bagger loaded my groceries. they delivered my groceries to the wrong address. now I have to wait "7 to 10" business days to get my $166 back. I dont suspect I'll get any interest on that $$$
Did “Click List” for the first time - SUPER convenient! Not something I’d do *all* the time, but after a long work day it sure makes for an easier night!

A great place to shop. My only complaint there is too much stuff in the aisle. Get stuff shelved at night so you are not taking up space during the day. Someone us going to get seriously injured. Thank you.
The location in Fairborn Ohio is amazing! They are just about the best customer service I receive from any store or business these days! Great job and great team you got there! My cashier Will today was soooo very friendly but super fast.
