I work at Kroger, store 408. For the past month there has been vandalism and the store managers there refuse to do anything!
I will NEVER purchase gas from you guys again since you put a damn $125 hold on my account! I am PISSED! �
I just had TWO Kroger employees refuse to check me out and one even cussed me out because of the election. I told managers they did nothing! Have some on my cellphone on video.
Well a short almost year ago this store opened in Huntsville, TX , it was wonderful fully stocked, for about 6 months it stayed that way. This store was so nice it had Wal-Mart worried, some real competition, however it was short lived. Kroger only has current management to thank for this! This store is a wreck, shelves empty, rude employees, managers with broken record replies to any complaints. KROGER CLICKLIST GAVE MY FAMILY ROTTEN FOOD. OBVIOUSLY LET MY ORDER SIT OUT INSTEAD OF LEAVING IT IN A COOLER UNTIL PICK UP. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
It's pretty bad when your stores will have a poor defenseless animal killed because it wandered in one of your stores. Then instead of just luring it back outside someone calls the Loveland police department, they show up and start pushing folks around screaming to stop talking when asked why they are going to kill the defenseless, no violence showing animal. Your staff are rude & all your stores refuse to recycle!!! SHAME on you! You have lost my family as your customer. I've also seen law enforcement & military members treated with total disrespect. There are plenty of other stores with better service, better prices & they recycle!!
