RecommendedI always go to Kroger Rutgers because I used to work next door at Lowe's... customer service is closed a lot because they're shorthanded but everything else Kroger's wonderful and I really like the self checkout staff and the pharmacy staff.m
If I could get zero stars, I would. I ordered $160 dollars worth of groceries online for pickup. My card has been charged for this amount, but apparently Kroger doesn't keep up with inventory and nothing is actually in stock. My final total ended up being around $90 and the refund for the rest of what they didn't have will take 3-7 business days.This location's pickup service is horrible. the night shift people there are so sweet and kind. they do anything to helped you and they do go out of there if they can't find what you are looking for. now with the day shift I want go there. the bakery will I different want go there cause they are rude and act like they don't want to helped you or they just give you that looked like do you need something or not I have things to do so I can get the hell out of here

So y’all take the most centrally located store nearest the most centrally located 24 hour other brand stores in the area and you start closing it overnight but leave the Hollins one open all night??? BRILLIANT. ... and update your hours on Google and on here. So over it- I won’t be shopping at Kroger anymore!
Don’t ever do a clicklist with this Kroger they are so un prepared. They have known about the snow storm for over a week now and they still proceeded with the normal amount of time slots for each time period. My order was to be ready between 11-12. I get there and they say oh I’m sorry we’re running behind because of the storm it’s not gonna be ready till 1-1:30.
