This is the second time that this has happened to me last time I spent $800 at Kroger for one month and when I went to get my $0.80 off on gas for some mysterious reason it didn't work. the lady said someone might have used my phone number okay I go again yesterday to get gas which 797 dollars spent to get my $0.70 off and the lady said its not on there every time you get to a certain amount they take your points I'm starting to think that this is just a gimmick to get you to spend money
