I ordered a pick up around 9am to be picked up between 4 and 5 PM. went to kroger at 4 to pick up groceries. no one answered the pick up phone number when I arrived. I got hung up on and then I got told the representative was still in the process of picking out my groceries. came back at 5 was told again representative is getting your groceries. came back at 6 PM and got hung up on twice again. so after that I left and cancelled my order. My 5 year old daughter and I were waiting at Guest Services so that I could purchase a Money Gram. Two women I know of in the last couple of weeks have been robbed in the parking lot. No security outside and the one inside hides in a corner.
I left a buggy full of food. None of your registers were working. Lines were down the isles. Please do better.
Easy in & out! The store is laid out well & a smaller Kroger. Much better for Senior citizens. Customer service is lacking but there is NO leadership in this store.
Terrible customer care experience
I always bring reusable shopping bags in. Half the time I have to remind the baggers to use them. Today, while I was distracted talking to the cashier, this happened. I am so freakin annoyed right now.
