We had a bit of an emergency with our 1-yo cat. We've taken our pets to VCA before with smooth appointments in the past, but they got me an appointment in an hour notice when I suspected a potential emergency. Even with a different vet and staff than our usual Tuesday appointments, they were incredibly kind, patient, and willing to answer the million questions I had.
