The building was hard to get to because they didn't inform us that the main entrance wasn't accessible due to road construction. The audiologist was very nice and explained things before she did them. However she asked us if we wanted a copy mailed to us for our records and told the woman who is at the front desk to mail it to us. It never showed up. After calling to check if it was sent the woman at the front desk said we never do that. That we would have to go thru medical records. So communication between them seems to be... read more
